A frying pan should not be missing in any kitchen!

I am a homemaker and needed a pan with a lid that could be moved from the stovetop to the oven. So I bought this one with high expectations. WOW! It's one! Tough, hard wearing, dream kitchen and withstands temperatures up to 500°F. I am amazed at the results this pan produces when sautéing, sautéing, sautéing and more. I also like that it's non-sticky so you can get that nice crust on your food to scrape off for the sauce. You will not be disappointed.

My new favorite piece in my kitchen!

Love this! I prefer to cook on cast iron but minus the maintenance. This fixes that issue. And it looks so pretty just living on my stovetop. I wish it didn't need to be hand washed, but even if it didn't I'd probably hand wash it anyway to make sure it lasts. However, the beauty of this compared to unglazed cast iron is that you don't have to heat it for the water to dry. A few wipes with paper towels and/or air drying works great. It's heavy, but that's to be expected from cast iron…

Use it almost every day!

Well I cook pretty much everything with it! As you can see. I just use a quick spray oil and start cooking. Easy cleaning. I like that I can increase the temperature, unlike non-stick pans. And it has a lid. This really makes it a great product for oven cooking. The size is also very good. I can cook quite a bit. The sturdy ones I need because I cook every day! Update* 7/1/21 I still use this pan almost daily. Just a helpful point to share - I feel almost the same as a regular cast iron…

Exactly what I was looking for!

I've been looking for a cast iron skillet for months after seeing some great recipes online. Others I saw were undersized and didn't seem as reliable. I knew I wanted to try Puricon as soon as I saw it! I'm so glad I chose it! One of the dishes I cooked, I posted pictures, it was chicken with potatoes. This cast iron skillet is roomy and actually seems to retain heat. The build quality seems good and I love that it comes in more than one color! This cast iron skillet is durable and easy to…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Big and bulky

I really liked the part of the Puricon Enamelled Cast Iron Skillet. I cooked in shifts. I ended up cooking and mixing. Everything is cooked evenly and well (except for the burnt part) and cooked just as quickly. The only problem with this pan was that one area of the pan was badly burned. I tried cleaning it once. I had to pour water into a pot and let water boil and soak. And even then I could hardly scrape the burnt off with a wooden spoon. Luckily it worked. I will update in the future if…

Reinforced baker's and casserole pan

Pros: -Heats quickly and evenly -Retains heat well even after you've left the stove -Strong and heavy cast iron skillet -Although the food I cooked was a little burnt, it was very easy with boiled water and dish soap to clean. - The metal part of the lid gets very hot, I touched it with an oven mitt and it was still very hot through gloves - After a bit of use, the ceramic on the lid cracked a bit. But the metal underneath seems intact. Overall I love this pan and it's a versatile choice for…

Puricon roaster in pots

I bought this pan with a dutch oven, expecting both to have cream enamel in the pan. I spoke to your team, they said they have one and they will send it for the night and I will return mine. When it arrived it was just as black inside! I sent one back and angrily tried the one I had saved. Used it and found the food stuck and absorbing the smell of the food I was cooking. It was difficult to clean. I contacted the company that made the pots, they told me they don't make pots with cream enamel…

4.5 stars. Great dishes.

If I could rate this 4.5/5 stars I would but as there are a few falls I gave it 4 stars. Advantages: Excellent heat distribution. I love to cook in cast iron and having an enamel set on my cookware is a dream come true. This pan is extremely versatile, it can be used as a casserole dish or casserole, it goes with everything. The enamelling makes the outer surface easy to clean, so you don't have to oil the outside of the pan. This is a big saving if you have a flat stovetop on your stovetop, as
