It's huge, bigger than the picture shows. A bright pink-orange light illuminates the entire tank when the light is on. I have a 40 gallon tank and it comes out with a few inches of bend up when the top cap is put on. It takes up about a quarter of a tank. The bottom is weighted so all you have to do is install it. No need to weigh it down with anything in the tank. I'm so glad I bought it, never expected it to be this good from the pictures I saw.

I agree with other buyers - this is the perfect artificial aquarium plant. I bought the pink which looks more like red and has green plants around it like the reviewer's picture - beautiful. I also bought two of the recommended small plants (Swet 2 packs of 12.1 inch plastic green plants) and I'm glad I did. I have a 25 gallon (12x24x47) aqueon and another 36 gallon (17.5x33x52) aqueon and they both have the same plants. If you want beautiful aquarium plants, buy them!

I love these plants. You are much prettier in real life. The picture seriously doesn't do them justice. I bought these for my outdoor "pond" on my patio. The work is not finished yet, but you can see that the plants are floating very nicely. They stay at the bottom of my "pond" without outside help. I bought them for my dojo aquarium as they either eat or grind up all living plants (except floating ones). Don't try to keep them in the aquarium, they won't stay down - but that's the dojo's fault, not the vendors. The colors are too bright for my taste. So the dojos are going to be moving into a much bigger tank and I'll try to add them and about a dozen other objects and actions that might leave them alone. It's going to be a comic tank as the dojos remind me of a bunch of destructive kids.

This is an interesting plant and it was unlike anything we've bought before. When it arrived it was a lot pinker than the picture shown on Revain and I was a bit put off by the pink color. I decided to keep it rather than return it and the color grows a bit but still not what I thought based on the image posted on the Revain website. BAD: The listing shows that the plants are bright, attractive and realistic. In real life, they are duller in color, not very attractive, and unrealistic. I really liked these plants. They looked very real. Now when I opened the package it smelled slightly but it's not a bad smell contrary to what others said. You just need to soak it in water for a while before putting it in the fish tank. Anyway, that's what you should do if you're buying fake plants instead of buying them online or in a store.
