That was a very good deal for me 8" x 2" with .625 spare wheels. Why? 1. I found the price very fair. I looked at it that way. I either buy a new cart for $70 or repair it for $30. As you can see my handcart is quite used. In use for over 20 years. Of course you could have painted it, but the stability is still 100% and now these great rims should last another 20 years.
