Terrible Adapter for Refrigerant Bottles

According to my experience this adapter is a complete waste of money and time. It doesn't fit properly and leaks all over the place. I had to buy another one from a different brand to finish the job. The only good thing about it is that it's sold by a reliable Industrial and Scientific company..

Pros
  • Sold by a reliable company in Industrial and Scientific category
Cons
  • Doesn't fit properly and leaks

Efficient Adapter for Refrigerant Bottle

This adapter is a lifesaver! It allowed me to quickly and easily connect my refrigerant bottle to my hydraulic equipment without any hassle. The threading is secure and tight, ensuring no leaks or spills .The adapter is constructed with high-quality materials, making it durable and long-lasting. The only downside is that it may not fit on all types of refrigerant bottles..

Pros
  • Easy to use, secure threading, durable
Cons
  • May not fit on all refrigerant bottles

Requires California DVA 1 adapter

Only 12 oz here in Southern California. The jars I can buy are refillable R-134 jars. While I got this to work by [unscrewing the glass a bit], this may require a DVA 1 adapter. They are widely sold here on Amazon and are cheap. Being made of nylon material, the threads this faucet threads on will break after a few uses = I'm sure. So I just leave that faucet screwed onto the DVA 1 adapter and unscrew the hose between can changes. Hope that helps!

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • I will add later
