This is a nice bracket. However, I didn't like how it attaches to my detector. It scratched my $600 Max 2 and isn't as easy on and off as a factory mount. I wish the screws were shorter. While in the mirror I lost the ability to move or adjust my mirror. It also knocks a lot. Because of the detector, it bounces easily. Nice try. Had an initial problem because the tip that came with it was Max specific and I have a Mac 360. It works with that. But you must request the correct tip. I have made. Delivered to me quickly and free of charge. And the sensor in the car under the mirror as expected. I liked the mount. As others have said this is a VERY solid mount but the clip to attach to the radar detector is either very poorly designed or has a manufacturing issue as it is totally impossible to attach to the radar detector on arrival. . It's made of spring steel (remember it's high quality) but compressed VERY tightly. I ended up having to clamp the part in a vise and then use a screwdriver and pliers combination to pry it apart enough so as not to break the detector (or finger) trying to attach it…
