This product was a complete disappointment, and not at all worth the money. As my tests showed, the tool was not compatible with my automotive windshield, despite being marketed as a universal fit. The pros were that the tool did come with instructions, but they were difficult to follow and didn't make the installation process any easier. The cons far outweighed any benefit, and I ended up having to take my car to a professional for installation. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this tool.
