Broke after 5 weeks of daily use.

I bought three pieces for my family. Luckily a helmet wasn't on because I can take part of it and put it on my helmet to fix the broken part. It took 2 months, 3 weeks of which the bike was in repair! So broke after 5 weeks. Now I drive every day so I use it 4 or 5 times or more a day. Great idea, but cheap execution. I will look for a better quality quick release to replace them. Follow-up: The second one I switched from an unused helmet to mine broke after only 3 weeks of daily use, just like

Don't believe all the negative reviews!

This is a replacement for the one I already had which broke after a couple of years of daily use. Read many other 'reviews' and most of them complained that this is a 'cheap plastic' product that fails after a use or two. I'm afraid I don't agree on the issue of rapid retirement. As a member of the Patriot Guard Riders, I spend quite a bit of time on my motorcycle, often no more than an hour or two before arriving anywhere. I had worked great with the last one for a couple of years. Yes, it's…

Fits all my helmets from here. MAY BE. (See updates)

Simply put. I hate D-rings but the new helmet I wanted had a D-ring mount. You saved my day. Lightweight, SUPER easy to install, safe and easy to use with gloved hands, two hands or just one hand. I ordered a second woman, she liked it too. They can be used on helmets other than the Raider brand. UPDATE: I've had two of these helmets fail and break, both without any abuse whatsoever. Can these two be defective? Came back through Prime, but this is the last one I "test". I'll have to try other…

.just wish it lasted longer than a short trip!

Fits and works well. Great replacement for the D-rings on my helmet, much easier and quicker to use. I love that it fits without having to sew straps on and that it can even be reused on a different helmet later if needed. I would buy another one if I needed a second one. Edit the next day. Unfortunately it breaks the day after I posted my review! lol I was about to ride my bike and was about to put my helmet on when I unbuckled the buckle I saw something fall to the ground. I took a closer…

baby magnet! (And the actual rating in parentheses)

I have a bar here. It's hard. I figured I could push the button and all the Raiders' helmets would come off quickly. i hate robbers 1 star because it isn't. Then I did some more research and found out that it is a motorcycle helmet. ? Stars. So I bought a scooter and a motorcycle helmet. Unfortunately, my friends are now laughing at me. 1 star. Thank you Raider Quick Release for making people laugh. Then I realized this is for motorcycle helmets and riding a scooter makes it a scooter helmet…

Great product and install in just 1 minute, sure?

Revane said it was a great product and I gave it a try. This is a great product. It works well and I have no issues with the material or the way the helmet sits on my head. It's durable, safe and I won't be testing the limits of convenience. I bought this product to easily put the helmet on and enjoy the feel of the helmet. I didn't buy it to see if it could withstand 800 pounds of force. THIS IS ALLOWED. The helmet feels solid, reliable and safe. He never went out and kept the helmet in place;

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

When I bought my last FF helmet I decided to try the quick release clip mainly because I was tired of it was gloved to play around with D-rings. I purchased the PowerMadd Speed Clips and was very impressed with how quick and easy they are and how well they work. Since I have more than one helmet I decided to get Speedclips for all of them. These signature Raider clips are exactly the same as the PowerMadd except for the injection molded tags and cost less! Installation is simple, snap a square…

Surpasses "other brand ".

First off I've been riding motorcycles for over 51 years which gives me an idea of how good or bad accessories can be. As such, my reviews are an honest assessment of what I think works and what doesn't. However, I spent about a month looking for a good quick release skewer and finally settled on the Echo brand. I bought the outlet it was stronger because the clasps were metal instead of plastic combined with the positive reviews outweighing the negatives. Man I was wrong. This edition was hard
