Great platform and cheap in cost, need better customer services

I like that we are able to use their software for our social media posts so it makes them easy! The price is too high compared with other companies out there but overall its not bad if you have enough content/social followers or traffic coming into website using this method of advertising!! If they would lower down prices i think more customers will come since most businesses don't advertise at all because how expensive everything costs nowadays. So maybe give us some options about discounts…

You're right - I'd expect the marketing team to be used to running campaigns like this on behalf of clients (and even getting paid for them) so maybe they could put together a simple template for us to follow? In terms of how it works with social media - I think it's best to start small and add platforms as you go along.
