Rationale Groups Inc Review

I have used Rational products for years and always found them to be very stable and reliable. They are also reasonably priced and are easy to work with. The interface can be improved upon but it's not bad by any means. It's not much of anything. Just use it as a tool to solve problems and you will be fine. We are using Rational Rhapsody (formerly known as BPM Suite) to manage business processes. It has been an amazing product for us. I like that it allows for easy communication with our clients

I like that we can create our own groups within RGI's system for different projects or departments of an organization without having many people involved with each group (which would be very time-consuming). It seems difficult at times when you don't have much experience using it - especially if your not used to creating custom fields/fieldsets etc., but once u get over this hump its easy peasy!
