I like how easy it was to use, as well have all of our employees access in one place! There are times when you might get questions from an employee who has not used this platform before or if they don't understand something about your system so having live chat with someone at raven can help them out!! Also being able tp email people directly without requiring everyone else's address would be nice too though its very helpful just knowing what information others know vs needing another party…

The customer support team at raven intel are very helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions we have. I would recommend contacting them if you need someone who knows what they're doing and can guide you through your implementation process step by step. There's nothing really i dislike about this product but it does not offer as much customization as other products do. The user interface of Raven intel is easy to use and understand. It is very suitable for all kind of users, from beginners to professionals. And it has a lot of features which makes it easy for users to use. I like the fact that the user can edit the report easily by modifying it directly without having to send it back for editing.
