RazorTime - Great Program For Time Tracking

RazorTime is a great tool for tracking times and keeping track of employee information. It is easy to use and has many features that I have used before with other programs. I am able to track time and time cards with ease. The ability to use the program on a computer or mobile device is great. The reports can be customized to fit your needs.   • What impresses most people in particular, besides its overall appearance & usability was definitely their customer service team who helped implement everything quickly once they were given permission by my employer through email/phone call etc

Best in class BI tool with great customer support

Easy to use interface that can be customized as per requirements of users - Web Interface is user friendly- Multiple filters available while searching through records.- User Friendly Dashboard displays all important information at one place which helps me easily understand my reports without wasting much amount of effort or making queries repeatedly from different tabs like Calendar View etc. Not many options are provided by default but they do provide customization option if required. Great scheduling app for large organizations

I like that it allows me to see my schedule easily at any point during or after work hours (even when not logged into their system). It's easy enough to use but also has plenty of customization options if needed! The interface could be more modernized overall - some things look dated from previous versions since they've been around longer than most other software out there nowadays.- Scheduling is one area where this product really shines- You can create your own timesheets which saves tons off

  • Easy scheduling, ability for users/employees with no tech background in excel / word documents just dragging & dropping tasks onto calendar days makes life very simple!! Also great customer service team who helped explain all features thoroughly before using

Very useful for keeping track and scheduling timesheets efficiently

We use it as our main scheduler so we don't have to create new spreadsheets or files every week (which are very tedious). Also being able of adding notes about each contact is really helpful when working from home! Sometimes doesn’t load properly but that's usually due more do my wifi than anything else :) I would say make sure your computer has all updates installed before starting this software - otherwise there might be issues loading some screens at first until they install those update…

Great program - but not for those who need more than the basics!

This is one of those programs that seems to be very user friendly at its most basic level but if it gets complex then things can become frustratingly clunky! You are not able find your way around without some initial help from someone who knows how this program works well enough themselves - I would say there's no quick fix here as once we get into more advanced areas our needs have changed so much over previous versions than their support team wouldn't know what they were doing even when given

  • I dislike the fact that it changes constantly it's not always easy to keep up with the changes and the support team are not always helpful
