Very clear video: CCTV

great camera. I plan to buy more of these to add to my system. Good clear picture, lots of camera/video options, even IR at night gives good video. Can work standalone with motion detection and alerts or easily integrated with a camera software system such as Milestone XProtect Essential+ or iSpy.

Good camera, could be better with WDR included

I've been installing cameras for years and know how they evolve. I used it to replace my 1.3 megapixel camera to cover my front yard. Noticed an improvement. I noticed that the image quality improved after enabling WDR. I would recommend that the manufacturer have DWDR enabled by default.

Works great with blue bezel

Well-made camera. Tempered glass, IP66 weatherproof, includes screw template, wrench. Easy to install and set up if you are tech savvy and do your homework. Any new camera will want to be 192.168.1.64, so just assign a new IP address in your DHCP pool as you go. And turn on the camera again after IP reassignment and you can proceed to turn on the next camera. So far only Internet Explorer with installed Realtime plug-in. For some reason they didn't fix it to work with Edge.

Fake a Hikvision camera to logos with no text in the software.

The Hikvision firmware is no longer upgradable, but this is pretty much (without holding it) a Hikvision camera. Milestone even defines it as one. As far as I could tell it doesn't seem to have made its home in China like the Amcrest camera I bought, but I can't say for sure the software hasn't changed more than removing the test from the interface, where hikvision said so. The background image and layout look literally identical to the screenshots I found on Google for legitimate HV cameras.

Overall good quality

Overall a good quality camera. The cameras came with a life size sticker showing where to drill the holes. Although I just stuck them on the surface as I don't like stickers, I used Hikvision's SADP tool to set them up, very easy to use. It was also very easy to add them to my Blue Iris software. In general, it took no more than 10 minutes. I have installed many cameras in the past so others may find the process a little more complicated. Daytime picture/video is wonderful.
