Order a size smaller I think

I ordered 8.5 for men because I have 10 for women. But they run big. They're quite wide and my feet aren't wide, so maybe that's why they seem big to me. But it's comfortable and I would have preferred a slimmer fit

Pros
  • squats, dead
Cons
  • Not recommended for those with previous foot injuries

Good fit, great support

Was skeptical about how big the difference is in climbing shoes; It's worth it. Fits well, wide enough for my legs, great support, helps me maintain full range of motion for squats, tidying, etc.

Pros
  • My son liked them a lot!!!
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with plantar fasciitis

Good for squats, good for me

They are great for crouching, but the sole of the shoe is very slippery when dust gets on it. If you step on the dust, your feet will slip when you crouch. Otherwise they are great.

Pros
  • The product was too big and they didn't want to exchange it. I had to get a refund and then pay an extra $14 to buy the same shoes.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with flat feet

How to stand on 2 blocks of wood

They can be good for deadlifts and/or squats, but don't try anything else or get your legs in them and your knees will scream. But they are very durable and have no cushions. So if that's what you need, this is for you.

Pros
  • So far satisfied
Cons
  • Comfortable fit

Improved depth and stability

Squat shoes don't increase the weight you can lift, they improve mobility. A good and efficient squat is actually determined by the weight distribution on the midfoot. This shoe can be used for more effective balance training.

Pros
  • Overall, this is a great shoe option for HIIT workouts. The stability is great, but the flexibility decreases a bit.
Cons
  • Very uncomfortable shoes. The shoes were not what I expected, they were stiff and stiff and felt like a work boot.

Great shoes and great price

I bought these because I was advised to have a thinner profile than what I normally wear when lifting weights. They're perfect for the person who wants to lift weights at the gym or even do some sort of high-intensity interval training. They are comfortable and hold the ground well.

Pros
  • Great price, great lift shoes for powerlifting.
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with high arches

Best value for money - suitable for beginners and advanced users

They've crouched for well over two years. The shoe is comfortable, stable and, unlike some other climbing shoes, looks decent. If the rubber soles had more grip it would be nice but at the price of five stars.

Pros
  • They are not too tight and durable with comfort
Cons
  • Limited size options

Terrible quality in my opinion.

I took five steps and the sole came off immediately. They came in a plastic bag, not a box, so that should do it. Don't buy this.

Pros
  • Made a very big difference in my squats and PR
Cons
  • Not recommended for outdoor training

Not used to a new pair of shoes.

The only problem was breaking them and forcing my feet to adjust these shoes. In addition, they started to feel normal and exercised much better with good support.

Pros
  • very consistent
Cons
  • The bottom of the shoe is falling off and it has been a little over a month since I bought the shoes.

Good shoes for climbing

I bought them to help with squats. These are my first pair of climbing shoes so can't really compare them to anything but they work so much better than my old tennis shoes.

Pros
  • bee
Cons
  • Poor grip on slippery surfaces

Revainrating 5 out of 5

good fit and comfortable

I've been using these for several months now. Helps me get better at squats and deadlifts. They are also comfortable and seem to be holding up well.

Pros
  • squats
Cons
  • Not recommended for athletes who frequently alternate between weightlifting and cardio

Great purchase final review

Perfect fit and true to size. I use them every day for lifting. I usually shift weight behind my heels to lift, but they provide great lift and support as well. Maybe too much support because they hurt my legs after about 45 minutes. Maybe I just need to smash them some more. Other than that, this is a great buy. These are high quality, inexpensive shoes. I recommended them to 3 friends and they all bought them.

Pros
  • love it
Cons
  • minimum depreciation

Perfect fit - my new review

Great pair of shoes that are a pleasure to squat in. For those who don't know, you don't need them for your entire workout, the stiff soles make it uncomfortable to lift your toes and even walk, and you don't want to break your shoes. hard ground.

Pros
  • Muy buenos para entrenar con pesas
Cons
  • Primal Red may not go with all outfits.

Great shoes I think

The only thing I didn't like was that one shoe doesn't look like the other. It looked like a defect but if they looked the same I would have kept them. Would love to try again if both look good lol.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • I'm confused by the price...

Shin pain my pros and cons

I wear a men's size 11. They were a bit big. I had great squat stability, but my shins were in severe pain for the next 2 days. I really liked the black and red design, but unfortunately I had to do without it due to pain in my lower leg.

Pros
  • Great shoes. This is a narrower shoe than many weightlifting models. If you are unsure of the size, I would go up a half size.
Cons
  • Heavy for cross training

I like her good for me

I would give these shoes 4.5 out of 5. Just because I have narrow feet and the shoes don't fit the way I'd like. I have a 9.5 in the men's sneaker and from a sock point of view they fit well, but on the sides my feet move like I'm wearing shoes without laces. I have narrow feet but even with a tight tie it leaves a lot to be desired.

Pros
  • I've used them for leg day workouts and they do the job. They are true to size and are comfortable.
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with wide feet

Great shoe to start with: my review

These are my first and only weightlifting shoes but they are very comfortable and very stable. Great for the price would recommend to anyone looking for a good climbing shoe and something that will work well for most workouts.

Pros
  • These shoes fit well. I wore them in training and at several competitions. absolutely love her
Cons
  • Americans have big feet because we're usually taller than average.

Comfortable best in my rating

This shoe provides some stability when lifting weights. They're comfortable to lift and walk around, but not a lot of exercise. I only use them for weightlifting, but it's worth it.

Pros
  • Excellent stability and comfort for CrossFit!!! If you are looking for squat workouts these are the shoes!!
Cons
  • It takes time to crack

Solid purchase...!! to my rating.

Super happy with this purchase. Worth every penny and they look very clean! Fits as expected and I feel really planted and stable when I take some off.

Pros
  • Beautiful sports shoe that gives you a feeling of stability when lifting weights.
Cons
  • They fit as described, not stunning but not bad either

Very painful, very bad design, wrong statement

I rarely write reviews, but this one is an exception. The product is very very bad. The shoes have serious design issues. Right from the first application I got severe pain in all my legs. I tried another time and the pain was much worse. Such a bad product, but why such a high rating? Why have others incorrectly claimed it's good and helps improve squat and deadlift performance? I actually had to lose 30% of the weight but I was still in pain. Were they paid to write reviews?

Pros
  • Great shoe improved ankle flexion on squats
Cons
  • May cause blisters if worn for a long time
