This has been a lifesaver! Was recently diagnosed with Lupus and tension headaches. This has been so helpful in working out the minor knots in my back and shoulders. Easy to use too! Would recommend to all my friends!

I’ve always wanted one of these but didn’t want to spend the money - found it on deal and gave it a shot. It’s amazing! Worked out kinks in my back quickly, and the heat wasn’t too high. It came with a wall and car adapter so I can even use it on long drives! I ran it about 20 mins straight without any issues. Thanks T’s not silent but not very loud either - I was watching TV and wasn’t an issue at all. It’s small and compact and gets the job done!

Convenient. Don't use while driving. Maybe your passenger could use. I think you'll fall asleep lol Very relaxing. It will definitely hit the spot. I like the fact that you can adjust in just the right spot. It's been good to me so far so I would recommend.

I bought this for my best friend for a birthday present. He has bulging and dislocated disc in his back. I showed him how to use it I was also in a car accident years ago and I feel like it did give me relief. I like the fact that it also has a heater built in it. And you can use it on your neck or lower back. Very good product it did have a strange smell like chemically

Versatile and easy to use, lasts around 20 - 30 mins before overheats and shuts down (enough time to hit two areas), this is my first day using it, I let little cool down like an hour and kept using it, so far I'm pleased

Very nice little machine that works. It does help with neck pain. At least, for me it is. I start to use it every night now for my neck. My wife uses some times and she likes it too. I can totally see me buying this for my parents when theb oliday comes. It is a great gift actually. I hope other feel the same way too. Great product!

Love this neck massager. I can lay my neck on it and it is strong enough for the balls to keep rotating and dig into my muscles. There is a spot on it where my head lays (or my neck if I turn it round) that is hard. It's not a big deal, but a little padding there would make this 5 stars. I do recommend it!

I’ve always wanted one of these and now I wish I had bought one sooner. It feels so good! I have some piriformis issues and it really gets in there. 😀. The only thing I wish—the little controller wasn’t so close to the massager.

Not used too frequently but liked when it worked. However, within a year we could not get it to turn on at times. Had some success by twisting the wires where joined the plug, the device and on either side of the on-off switch. Now even that won't work. Believe there must be a loose connection somewhere. Tried to open the on-off switch but one of the tiny Phillips head screws is apparently stripped, so no luck. More Made in China junk heading off to the trash. Save your money by avoiding this…

This is small but mighty! I have a lot of pain in my neck area due to a bulging disc. It works out the tension. I highly recommend this massager. I just wish the heat option got a bit hotter than it does but it's amazing!

Was nice the few times I used it but it stopped working 37 days after I bought it! 7 days After the return window! :( That's my feedback.
