This is an excellent lubricant for cutting or drilling aluminium. This keeps the tools sharp and seems to give a cleaner cut. I've been using it for over 15 years. I bought small cans but a pint is more economical and will last me for years. Highly recommended.

This coolant worked great. A small amount makes a big difference. Machined and drilled 6061 aluminum, cutouts and holes have been highly polished and the tools are sharp and clean after 2 hours of use. Milled to a depth of 2 inches, the milled surfaces were clean and straight throughout the depth of cut. I will definitely be using this for all my future aluminum work.

I milled aluminum with a high speed milling machine. I used WD40 as the cutting fluid but was wondering if there was anything better. I bought this product and found that it works. Grinding was smoother and easier to use with just a few drops at a time. The liquid leaves a few greasy stains on my fittings, but a quick wipe with a rag and you're done. Any pass on aluminum seems to run faster with this coolant.
