Description of ๐Ÿ’ง Efficient & Reliable Remco 55-AQUAJET ARV Aquajet RV Series Water Pump: Optimal Water Flow for Your RV

Aquajet Variable Speed RV Water Pump - The Aquajet RV pump employs state-of-the-art electronics to automatically control motor speed - the pump actually adjusts its speed as you open and close water fixtures. Aquajet's soft start feature eliminates annoying rapid cycling, and its exclusive 5-valve design can deliver twice the flow and pressure of conventional RV industry pumps. Greater flow - The Aquajet automatically overcomes pressure drops typically caused when multiple fixtures operate at the same time. AES: 10 feet (3 m) , ARV: 13 feet ( 4m). Aquajet's patented 5-chamber design displaces substantially more water per motor revolution than typical 3 and 4-chamber models currently used in the RV industry, making it one of the highest-flow diaphragm pumps available. Positive shut-off at 75-85 psi, to keep up with today's sophisticated filtration systems and extensive plumbing systems; ES delivers a 3.5 gallon per minute flow rate. Liquid Temperature- 140ยฐF (60ยฐC) Max. Good pump and worked as expected!

We had a previous model/version of the same pump built in 2010. We bought this pump as a direct replacement and it worked as expected! NOTES:1. The noise deadening mounting "grommets" were about 1/4" longer than on previous models, NBD, but I had to use longer mounting bolts than on the previous model.2. The pump weighs 8 pounds and MFG could have packaged it better. The Reason I mention this is that during shipping; due to the weight, a misalignment in the box, and sharp corners on the edgesโ€ฆ

This pump looks like an OEM RV pump on steroids!

Higher pressure/flow than traditional RV pumps. I like it better because it responds faster and smoother to flow/pressure changes due to the random opening and closing of the valves. You should be aware that it supports a much higher static pressure (65psi to 80-90psi) than most OEM pumps (45-55psi) so you need to make sure your plumbing is up to par and not leaking . One of the main things about their marketing that made me buy it was that they claimed it was a variable speed pump. I wasโ€ฆ

Enough pressure to destroy your lines at 100-140psi

I had a variable speed Aquajet pump at 65psi and 5.3gpm as OEM equipment in Monaco Executive Coach. After several phone calls about the 75-85psi rating of this unit I purchased this item and installed it on the bus while my lowest system component rating is 100psi which is Pex Manabloc. The actual unit lists "85 psi" which is not adjustable like older units and is actually 5.3 gpm and not the erroneous description information of "3.5 gpm". (I found this out by doing a simple spec search on theโ€ฆ
