Remflex are general purpose gaskets. ESPECIALLY if you use other cheap exhaust parts, these gaskets are a must. A flat metal gasket has just enough compression to create a seal, an MLS gasket is smaller, but this gasket compresses and fills any gaps; So if you buy a cheap exhaust with deformed flanges, don't give the product 1 star because you were a cheapskate, buy a decent gasket and don't worry.

Although the reviews for this product were good, no one mentioned the size. The item description lists a size that I thought was wrong so I came back to let you know the actual size and what I think of it. A wonderful material for making your own pads. It's made of compressible graphite that when tightened fills any uneven gaps between the exhaust pipes. I used this to make a gasket for my exhaust because it whistled and gave a check engine light code. Remflex seal installed, engine whistles and no longer lights up.
