The first one I ordered didn't charge. The battery level actually dropped when plugged in and never reached 100%. I tried other cords and outlets, but this was definitely the device. Very nice overall. I have an insanely thick beard that some trimmers can't handle at all, but mine hasn't had any problems so far. I really like how safe you can set the height so you can get really good fades and fades. Also, you can use it to get down to 0.4mm, which is much shorter than some other trimmers. Large adjustment range. Digital storage, Instant On and travel mode are a big plus as they are washable. The delivery was on time, the blades are very sharp. On the other hand, I personally need a lower cut than the lowest setting suggests and the device tends to scratch my skin very often.
