Worked well... in one go

Our mattress arrived as hoped however it had a few scratches on arrival making the durability too weak to trust the next go.

Pros
  • plastic
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Expensive in bed linen

A little pricey for a plastic bag but it worked great on the king size mattress I was trying to get rid of. Our disposal company requires mattresses to be picked up fully boxed and sealed.

Pros
  • SPECIFICATIONS: transparent polyethylene 4 mm thick; 60x12x115 inches; One bag per order
Cons
  • Appearance

Definitely hard wearing

I first used a mattress bag a while ago and it has proven to be very good. It's heavy enough that you can lift the mattress simply by grabbing a plastic bag. Although I wouldn't say it's reusable. Works well!

Pros
  • FULL PROTECTION: 3D extra long design easily covers all queen mattresses including mattress pads; Seal with tape to keep critters, dirt and moisture out; Air vents remove excess air
Cons
  • Secret

Really super strong! for mattress pad

I rode them down the street for 10 minutes. The movers asked me where I got these bags and they said they were excellent quality. I think the bags the movers have are close in price but since I had my own bags they didn't charge me for the mattress bags. I saved one to use as a potential greenhouse cover for an early spring garden.

Pros
  • MADE IN THE USA: Family owned and operated; 100% Made in USA
Cons
  • No Instructions

Thick plastic and good size.

We used it as a garbage bag on a mattress. The Queen XL was big enough for our memory foam mattress with extra room (I didn't feel like struggling to put it in a bag), and we had plenty of extra plastic to cover it up. It was a lot thicker than the local versions, which was great because we could drag it across the pavement without tearing it to shreds.

Pros
  • ECO-FRIENDLY: Made from 50% recycled linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE); free from phthalates; Free from Prop 65 regulated pollutants
Cons

You seem up to the task.

They appear to work but one of the two appears to have been chewed by a rodent or something and the mattress cover has holes in it. The shipping carton is undamaged. I plug the hole and move on. They seem strong enough to protect our mattresses during our upcoming move. A lot of transport companies now charge them, which is reasonable and I guess.

Pros
  • SUPER STRONG AND REUSABLE: resists stretching, tearing and punctures even with rough handling during movement; Use and reuse for transport and long term storage
Cons
  • Negative gift
