I like that it is customizable, you have many options available in terms what features are enabled or disabled by default within your account settings! There's no real dislike about this product other than maybe some people would prefer more control over their email privacy instead just selecting from preset profiles they've created themselves? If someone knows nothing at all then perhaps creating an additional profile might suit them better so as not get overwhelmed when there isn't much else…
