Revlon Colorstay Lipliner Nude Ounce Review

I needed to carry a lip liner to work that was small enough to fit in my purse and not too expensive. My expensive lipsticks are long, and I didn't want to take them to work. This pencil was great, I also liked that it had a sharpener on the end. Excellent coverage, plus I only had to apply once at work. I usually paint my lips with a pencil, then apply gloss or lip balm and the color lasts all day.

This is the only lip liner that matches my lip colour, which is important to make my lips look fuller and more defined. The price was great as this pencil is over $10 even at Target. It goes on smoothly and stays on for hours. My advice on getting the most out of a liner is this. Apply your base makeup to your face and when you're done, apply a lip liner. This is my favorite lipstick. I prefer lip liner to lipstick because it lasts longer and this one definitely lasts a while. Obviously some of them fall off if you eat or drink carelessly, but when I was drinking and a seedy drunk prancing around town I wiped my face towards the end of the night and it was still on. Nice color but too creamy to last. My matte lipstick lasts longer than a lip liner. After a few sips from a cup/glass or a dab or two with a paper towel while eating, the lip liner is almost gone or looks like it never existed. I have used NYX Lip Liner and this product as a lipstick but I have never managed to keep it on my lips like this.

I used this years ago and thought they would improve it so it lasted longer. I bought red. I can apply it and within 3 hours it's gone and my lips are no longer covered in fine lines. This lip liner lasts a long time and prevents lip gloss and lipstick from bleeding and bleeding. I've also used L'Oreal Endure Liner and it's definitely better - it lasts longer and creates a better barrier on the lip line. It's not dry. I've been using it for several years.
