Ideal for tight spaces

Strong, high quality antenna mount. The ribs help hold the bar and secure the ground. The mount itself is as strong as other mounts of this type from other manufacturers. This type of mount is great for installations with limited space. If you just can't install any of the four screw mounts, this two screw mount is perfect. This is easily a third the size of another type of mount, if not less. Just what I needed to mount my antenna in a tight spot!

Pros
  • Outside mirrors
Cons
  • Just about everything ok

Worked great Pickup side wall mount

I wanted to mount the antenna on the back of a pickup. I couldn't do anything with it and still use a regular antenna until I stumbled upon it. This mount is perfect for a ticket. I threw the rear mount in the trash because I installed it on the bed next to the top rail. The hardest part was getting my hand between the cab and bed to hold the nuts, but the offset box wrench fixed it. Seems very strong. Use a spring between this and the antenna to relieve the pressure on the mount.

I removed the transom mount and bolted it directly to the fiberglass mast, added a counterweight and was amazed at the performance. I've performed all over the world (36 countries in one weekend) on 20m. The mount holds the ham rod very well and is versatile and perfect for my needs. I bought a few more for spares and for my "set". For the price I don't have to spend any extra time making the mount. This works fine for…

I'm an idiot and gave him a 9 foot whip.

HELLO! I love this mount, but I have a warning. I bought it for its shape and the possibility of mounting it in the form of a whistle. Of course it's supposed to be a mirror, but the shape suited my needs, which wasn't a mirror. I had (had) two of these. One is holding my spare Firestik because I had nowhere to keep it safe. Attached to the other was my 9 foot whip. Yes, I'm new to this, but I haven't thought of the big picture. The 9 foot whip puts a lot of stress on the entrance in the…
