Rockport Walking Shoes K71553 Leather Men's Shoes Review

I've already bought three pairs so I should like them. I walk a lot. Each pair of shoes will last approximately 6 months and 1400 miles. I walk 7-8 miles a day every day. Towards the end the support isn't that good anymore. The wear points are the wear of the soft band over the heel. The material isn't as good as we'd like it to be, so it wears out. The heal is also very worn towards the end, which is the real reason I have to throw it away. I wish the heel was harder rubber twice the thickness

The shoes look good but fit better than the Rockports I've bought in the past. I found the length ok, but the width is narrower than I expected. They feel good if I loosen the laces before putting them on and then don't tie them as tightly as I normally do. I think my feet tend to swell at the end of the day and that contributes to the tightness. Bought the "wide" version. I will still buy Rockports but will try a different model.

I bought these because I had a pair before, they were good shoes that lasted a year and a half so I said I would buy another pair. They didn't even pay out, and the rubber soles came off the toe up to three inches backwards. The top layer of the black leather accent on the toe to which the sole was glued just peeled off making them dangerous, ask me how I know. received four months out. Don't waste your money, we send enough stuff to the landfill.

Received these shoes in the mail in April 2022. After 8 months of regular use, averaging about 2 miles a day, both shoes break in dry conditions. The sock has not been worn but fell apart halfway to the sole. I give 2 stars because this shoe is comfortable and looks good, looks good and feels good. Not the quality you'd expect from Rockport. upset.

I've worn Rockport hiking shoes for decades, starting with ProWalkers. I bought these Rock Cove Walker K74443 on sale a few months ago and they seem comfortable but they are far from my favorite shoe. I immediately thought that I received a couple of fakes. The heel loop is so small I can't even get my pinky in. Useless to put a boot on and much, much smaller than the Rock Coves photos advertised. The tongue is slightly shorter by half an inch, so the laces from the top eyelets tend to overlap…

When I first received these shoes I was happy with them. Look and feel were good. Now 6 weeks later I feel cracked pavement or uneven asphalt when walking down the street. The best thing about a new pair of shoes is the comfort of walking on a good solid sole, but the sole of these shoes is already broken. I originally loved these shoes, I was planning to buy a second pair but now I feel like I need to buy a better walking shoe.

While I liked the color and roomy fit, I'm not at all happy with the length of the tongue. It is too short and requires excessive strength and grip to pull out and reattach the short tongue to tie the laces after putting on the shoes. After wearing them all day, my ankles were chafed on the sides. I have worn Rockport shoes for most of my adult life but they have been a total disappointment. I don't recommend them at all. Needless to say - I sent them back.

I have absurdly short and wide feet. In fact, I've been selling shoes for a number of years ONLY to find the right shoes. Of the 6 pairs I've ordered from Revain, these are the only ones I've kept. Worn on a 6 day trip after minimal breaking in and they were perfect. No pressure, proper hold, nice look. My only issue, compounded by my large, bony arches, is that the included laces barely did their job. Still more than satisfied with the purchase.

I found the tongue of the shoe was not long enough, not as comfortable as the others I bought in the pass. Really don't care about them.

I've had other Rockport models and they've been great, but this one is better. Very comfortable to wear all day (12-16 hours). Some reviewers complained that they only lasted a year or less, but I change my shoes and never wear them for more than a day. Any shoe will last longer if you "rest" it for a day or two after a full day of wear. This allows moisture to evaporate and the shoe keeps its shape. Good arch support out of the box. I have worn these shoes through hard walking. Great price and really good performance. They were easy to break in and had the same grip as off-road truck tires. They look beautiful and can be worn anywhere as in everyday life. I'm 6ft 260# and they have held up really well with no foot, knee and ankle issues after 20+ miles this week. You can't go wrong with this.

I wear a size 10. The width was quite tight and the length a bit short when I first put them on but thought they would stretch. They did and it felt like my foot was floating in the shoe. So I tightened them and now my heels hurt so much it's hard to wear any shoes now. Very disappointed in Rockport.

These are great shoes if you have wide feet like me. It looks great with a variety of trousers, although perhaps not black. The sole isn't as thick as hiking shoes - it's really designed for walking on non-rocky terrain. I got a similar pair about 4 years ago, but over time (not surprisingly) I started to feel more ground through the sole. I bought them to replace the previous ones and from the moment I put them on they have become my old friends.

I bought them because I have narrow feet and Rockports still supplies cross country feet to all of us marginalized. They are light, good quality and good looking, comfortable and suitable for both running and the gym (although a bit wide for running). They also get dirty easily on wet grass and therefore protect them from bad weather.

I was pleased with how comfortable they are without shrinking. I use them for both the treadmill and for general use. In general very satisfied.

I bought them and the new balance 887v4, they are cheaper, but the new balance is more convenient. I use both and will judge the comparison in the future. so far i like both

First time with Revain "Try Before You Buy" - Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in July, arrived in August after 3 weeks. The shoes of the 1st pair were clearly worn before and probably again before the purchase. The fit of the shoe was not right, otherwise the shoes are of average quality. When the box arrived it looked like it was being pulled behind a truck and torn apart. Sock tablets in shoes from a previous person who may have worn the same shoes. My husband says these are the best running shoes he has ever worn. They have a reinforced toe and heel. He's on his feet all day and, for the first time in a long time, doesn't complain of pain in his legs or back.

All construction work shoes and boots that I have fall apart within 3-6 months mainly due to the soles coming off the shoe or boot. In a world of technology so advanced, sealants and adhesives that don't degrade, anyone can tell Rock Port what's available.
