Great way tracking customer service ticket status

I like how easy it was to install, set up my help desk tickets with ease as well as customize everything about this product from colors/fonts etc down to what happens when someone submits their request for assistance via email or phone call. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing serious at least not yet. This helps me keep track of requests submitted by our clients in real time which allows us to offer them faster response times than we would if they had to wait until next day…

  • Keeps all ticket information organized.
  • Easily searchable database
  • Easy way just click send button once done typing info into form fields without having submit box popup everytime i go off topic while writing details
  • No need multiple logins (one account works across devices)
Cons
  • Few glitches that don't seem very common though

Great solution that has helped streamline internal communication

I like it because you can set up alerts to be sent whenever tickets are created or updated, so there's no need for me to check my email every time someone posts an update. There aren't any major downsides to this software. It works well, but does take some getting used to if you're not familiar with Joomla. The initial setup took longer than expected due to our own inexperience in setting things up correctly (we had to ask an employee at another office who was more experienced). We've since…
