I use this to temporarily clog a skimmer basket.

I use this to temporarily clog the skimmer basket to clean the pump basket. I don't have a shutoff valve between the skimmer and the pump. But it works great.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Slightly Torn

They're great for sinks 😉

These plugs are great for your sinks We bathe our chickens in the spring and they really keep water in our sink, they save lives when you're trying to get things soaked in the Spout 😁😁😁😁😁😁😉

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Some problems

Minor water leaks but still works

I've had this plug for about 3 months now and it's doing its job well. If the water level is above the plug, it will still leak a little. I can see the water flowing from the pool into the empty spa. But given the circumstances I bought another end cap to seal the other end at the spa. Now there are no leaks but I had to use two of them.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Works well even in a slightly enlarged pipe

I have two outlets in my pool, one at the bottom and one at the top, which I use for vacuuming. I was going to shut off a plug I bought that size, assuming my pool's bottom outlet has a 1.5" thread. It turns out it's actually slightly larger, as the 1.5" threaded connector slides in and out fairly easily. With this plug I was able to squeeze the hole just enough to close the hole securely and now my vacuum works very well.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Does what I needed

I started opening and closing my pool myself to save $600 a year. I empty lines with ShopVac. I use screw caps for the pool return and a squeeze bottle for the skimmer. I can't blow the floor drain properly so I blow through the filter as much as possible and then reverse the diverter valve so it closes completely. I then completely close the filter with this plug, since the diverter is not 100% tight. I also put one in the chlorinator for good measure. I think this is a good working solution…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Expandable

We solved our problem with parts

We have a sink in the basement of our rental and everything works fine except for the moment I turned on the garbage chute upstairs. The ground food and materials were then thrown into the sink below. I hired my husband to fix this because I was tired of cleaning the sink every time I used the upstairs duct. He remembered that thermoses have an expansion plug at the top to keep the contents from spilling, so we found this expansion plug from Revain. It fits perfectly on the sink drain and…
