Initially gave it 3 stars because I saw rust spots after we washed it with water a few times immediately after installation by our contractor. Ruvati service solved my problem and said that rust stains can be caused by some chemical materials. I'm not sure what materials my contractor used. We purchased this sink with our new granite kitchen countertops. We really like this sink, it's huge and very deep. We didn't find a single plate, pot or pan that wouldn't fit in this sink. The sink appears to be very well made, with lots of sound deadening material around it. When knocking on the sides, the sound is not muffled. Tried bartenders etc as suggested by Ruwati and although this minimized the stains the stains remained.
