Worth the money - license plate light

Not so easy to install according to the instructions. You only need to know a little bit about vehicles if you do it yourself. The instrument panel also shows that the license plate light is off. But they are light and help with backups.

Would you like more information! - Accent and off-road lighting

Bought for my 2003 Dodge headlights. They look good and would be a great replacement, however the plug doesn't fit the factory plug and doesn't fit, or at least it doesn't fit mine. There is no suitable adapter included to connect to. Any info or part numbers on this would be great as I haven't been able to find anything.

Brighter than expected

These headlights are very bright and easy to install but the only downside is that they are too bright compared to the rest of the car. Looks like my license plate has a high beam. On the plus side, if you're working outside near the tailgate, it illuminates the area well.

Damn, they are bright!

I bought these because I wanted more light behind the truck, but I never intended to start a fire 25 feet away with the 50,000 lumens these lights put out. I can't even use my license plate because these lights are melting it. It's like airplane headlights in the back of my truck. Ride on my bumper and you'll go blind. Wonderful!

First reset the spare wheel.

Great lights. Installation took about 10 minutes after lowering the spare tire and having more leverage to remove the retaining clips. New headlights are simply plugged directly into the lamp sockets. I recommend using dielectric grease to prevent moisture from getting into the joint. And then wrap it with electrical tape before securing the wires with cable ties (not included).

Useful Burial Tips!

These bulbs not only significantly improve the illumination of the license plate, but also the rear of the vehicle. This setup was on a 2017 2500 Ram, if you have a hitch receiver and your spare tire in place, it's a mistake to remove the retainer and a double mistake to replace, REMOVE YOUR SPARE WHEEL! This at least lets you see the position of the clip in the light and where it should go. Otherwise you have a guess as to where it should be and if you break the retaining tab you're done…
