480 lb roller capacity complete with 352 lb tire capacity

I bought this expensive ($139) roller because of the 480 pound capacity. When I received it I noticed that the tire load capacity is only 352 lbs. I contacted RWM support and they have chosen to ignore me so far. If I do not receive a satisfactory explanation, I can return this product. To update. RWM agreed to replace the wheel with the correct tire. I will update when this is all done. To update. Finally the right tires and wheels arrived. Apparently the right tire wasn't in stock, so someone
