I've been through a few pages since the seventies. I just wanted something that would allow me to watch them from time to time. I wasn't planning on doing this often enough to invest in an old carousel projector. This element is very easy to use and does exactly what I wanted: it allows me to view my slides without any fuss. Handcrafted. Slides (not yet shot on film) fall from above, snap into place for viewing, and exit below when you press the shutter button - at least that's how it mostly happens. I just had to copy some homecoming slides. Nothing fantastic. I took my iPad or iPhone and just took pictures. Went like clockwork.
