I returned this product. It's great when it's tight, but it does NOT feel secure and needs adjusting many times a day to stay tight

I have serious problems with my SI joints. I tried this belt to see if it would help my pain. He helps some, but it's hard to get him to stay put. He should come with better instructions.

If your lower back gets unbalanced from time to time, this is a really useful tool to get you back on track quickly. I have one for home and one for travel. Family members also hugged after trying mine.

This belt provides enough pressure to immobilize my hypermobile sacroiliac joints when I experience inflammatory pain. The pulley system helps apply the exact amount of pressure needed to lock my sacroiliac joints without too much pressure becoming uncomfortable or too little pressure cracking my joints.

These braces have changed my life. I could look weird for the rest of my days, but the surgeon wanted me to implant a spinal stimulator in my body with wires going to my back after the sacral nerve failed. I decided to try this and not only does it give me the most powerful pain relief, it feels like a wonderful hug. The good thing is that you can pull the attached drawstring, which allows you to tighten it to your comfort level. No surgery for me!

This brace felt pretty good at first, but after wearing it for 3 days my SI started to hurt. I tried without the round side pads but there wasn't enough support to make a difference. The strap is well made. You can adjust the compression. There are NO instructions for use (this is VERY disappointing!). As a medical device, these types of items usually come with an instruction manual. Needless to say I have to return the braces.

I HAVE TRIED MANY SI CUPS AND THIS IS SUPERIOR BUT IT YET DOES NOT ELIMINATE THE PAIN. I CAN APPLY THE BRAKE WITHOUT MUCH DIFFICULTY (I HAVE DEFORMED RHEUMATOID FINGERS), MUCH AS OTHERS HAVE DIFFICULTY PULLING AND REMOVAL OF THE WRAP. HE DOES NOT MOVE WHEN SIDING. I LOVE THE ADDITIONAL GASKET THAT CAN BE REMOVED OR REMOVED. BUT MOST I LOVE THE EASY-PULL SYSTEM. I WISH I WILL FEEL A DIFFERENCE IN THE PAIN OF WHAT WHY WEAR A BRACE

I have bilateral joint pain SI from bending over. After 4 days my pain increased despite more ibuprofen, a muscle relaxant, and ES Tylenol. I was looking forward to the delivery of my bracelet.
