Casters keep my mops and brooms secure without slipping. Hooks that flip open for use are really good for dustpans and other small tools. Because they fold up when you don't need them, they don't hang around to snag on things. I would buy it again if I find I need it!

Also, I noticed a few reviews before ordering that the balls held in place will come loose and the broom or mop will fall off. I had this problem with a space on the far right, just spun the 'ball' a few revs by hand, swung the broomstick is back and has been working great ever since!

I finally have a holder for all my brooms and mops. We moved and I left our old one in an old house in another state. This is a great holder, easy to hang if you follow the instructions, and brooms or mops fit snugly, with automatic adjustment to different widths. There are also 5 hooks for hanging other items!
