Looks pretty amazing. Took a while to put together. I wish the small crystals were centered on the strand but the hole for the wire is off-center and the crystals are randomly shifted which kind of messes up the whole arrangement. But it's not too bad. Also, one of the bulb sockets is defected. I thought I had a bad bulb. It turns out that I need to "untwist" a bulb a little bit to make contact within socket. Package came on time, well-wrapped and packed with all parts included, labeled and easy to find. I had an electrician come put this up for me so total time from opening package to final pics was about 30 minutes. This light is unbelievably gorgeous and the light refractions on the ceiling from the crystals are just amazing. Very beautiful crystal chandelier.The steps to put this together are simple but very laborious. I started thinking it would take me an hour or so to get this done but it took me 3 hours.The included dry wall are of poor quality and the anchors broke so I had to use different anchors.The crystals are really nice. I think it was worth the effort and the price. I’d definitely consider buying more from this manufacturer.

I love this chandelier. It looks so pretty up and even my kids are impressed by it. It was not as hard to put together as I thought. Only negative was a light socket did not work and I already had up half the crystals but my husband was able to fix it. This was my first home decorating order and I was nervous but I am so happy with it. Definitely recommend this. It makes the room.

Love how secured the packaging was. I installed this light with the help of my 12 year old son. It took us about 3 hours from the time I started taking down my old light until finishing installing the new one. I did a few reviews before installing and decided to go with better mounting screws. While the installation process was crucial and tedious, the outcome is amazing. I’ve wanted this light since we bought this house a year ago. Couldn’t be any more pleased (now that it’s up lol)

There is "some assembly required". All the crystals balls need to be attached to the strings. They arrive in individual boxes which is really awesome because they don't get chipped in shipping (and it was kind of fun). The chrome plate comes with a protective adhesive cover which comes right off but then it has to be cleaned to get the smudges off (that part was not so fun). But once that is done, it installs easily and is gorgeous!

We had a two man team of electricians install the chandelier, the install cost was 1.5 time more than the chandelier price :) but was well worth it. The strands are already connected to the plate which makes it easy, all you do is remove the plastic bag from the strand and add the crystal ball. It looked easy while the electrician were working on it. The end result is stunning. The packaging was perfect and no issues. You can always trust revain.

The Chandelier came well packaged and on time. Setting up took us about 5 hours. Ceiling being 20' high added to the challenge.Easy part was to hook up the base to the ceiling. Hooking up the crystals to the Chassis and taking the entire plate to the ceiling to attach it to the base was some what of a challenge. Not to mention the tangling of the strings which has to be untangled to get the proper shape.In the end - the finished product was ELECTRIC and worth all the effort !

very pretty light. The crystal balls are heavy and not cheap-looking. It was moderately easy to install. Hooking the 25 crystal balls to the strings took about 30 mins and installing the base took around 30 mins as well. Update:I contacted the seller to ask for string replacement and they send me customized sets of strings according to what I wanted, for free! Now, I gave them 5 stars for nice product and good customer service.I would give it a 5 stars if it comes with bulbs and the strings are longer. I use it in the dining area so I was expecting longer strings. We installed our Crystal Raindrop Chandelier yesterday and I can't express how happy I am! It is exquisite, contemporary and so beautiful to look at that you won't want to take your eyes off of it! The crystals are real and reflect the light in a variety of ways. It does take two people using white gloves to install it but the directions are very easy to follow. Truly work of art, it will transform any room and make you feel that you are in a Beverly Hills art gallery!

It’s nice, but not crazy about the shadow that it creates directly on top of my white leather couch. It doesn’t bring the bulbs either, didn’t catch that when I placed the order.

It took 4 hours for 2 of us to assemble and install but so worth the effort! It is a piece of art. It puts a beautiful glow on our dining room table and emits a prism of lights in the room.

This light is amazingly beautiful. Took about 40 minutes to hang. Half putting up the base and hooking up power, second half hanging the crystal balls. It came packaged very carefully with easy to understand instructions. I'm thinking about where I can hang another in my house! Love it!

What we were concerned about when placing the order was the quality of the crystals. Surprisingly they are shining really nice and are nice and clear. Assembly is probably the only part that's really annoying, but once it's done it looks amazing.
