Great boot for the price

Great boot for the price. Works well in warm country (Texas hill country). The laces slip off easily, but I found a lacing technique that makes things easier. If it continues to irritate me, I can change the laces. Seems to be holding up well. Soon they will have a real test in Maroon Bells of Colorado!

Pros
  • They looked ok when I arrived but after a short while the soles started falling apart.
Cons
  • They may not provide enough ankle support for people with ankle problems.

Not waterproof and has an annoying bulge on the inside left.

I have only been able to test the shoe on a hike so far. But he seems to keep what the world promised of him. I'm very satisfied.

Pros
  • Fast delivery! Good product! (Just a little small.)
Cons
  • Boots may not provide adequate ventilation, resulting in sweaty feet.

Ideal for long or one-day hikes.

Commode and sturdy. D'anno il giusto supporto al piede senza essere eccessivamente pesanti anche per lunghi percorsi. Ne consiglio l'acquisto.

Pros
  • Top shoe, comfortable, stable and light.
Cons
  • Boots may not be suitable for people with back problems.

Great tourists do me good

I haven't had them for a long time, but I was very surprised that there wasn't really a hack worth mentioning. Legs felt great and the second hike was pretty tiring. They are lined with Gore-Tex so they are breathable but ideal for hiking in early spring when temperatures are cool.

Pros
  • Durable leather and a GORE-TEX construction ensure durability and water resistance, making these boots perfect for all weather and terrain.
Cons
  • Boots may not be suitable for people with fibromyalgia.

Laces Problem

I have loved Salomon boots for many years. My feet always feel comfortable in these boots. But since purchasing this last boot, I have two areas of dissatisfaction. After about 6 months of regular use, my feet get very wet when I walk on a wet field. In short, they are no longer waterproof. I have a pair of old Salomon boots that are over 10 years old and are drier than these new ones in the same wet field. Also, the laces appear to contain something akin to nylon and untie easily even when I…

Pros
  • TIME TO PLAY: If you're into trail running, hiking, backpacking or mountaineering, Salomon has shoes and gear for kids, men and women to help you conquer a new distance, personal best or event!
Cons
  • No form required
