I saw a lot of people raving about these straighteners and my old iron broke so I decided to give it a try. I love this hair straightener and it works so much better than any straightener I've ever had. The triangular shape is really nice and very easy to apply when laying. The heating elements are protected in such a way that I haven't even come close to burning myself, and I don't accidentally press the buttons either.

Update 5/30/17: Within 30 days this item started shorting and would not turn on/off. Sent back and replaced quickly. It's been one of my favorite instruments ever since. Unfortunately, a short circuit occurred again a month ago. I ordered another brand and continued to use that as a backup. It literally exploded in my hand this morning when I tried to turn it on. Review: I like this comb much more than a flat iron! While my flat iron only "straightened" the top and bottom of my hair, this straightening brush allows you to heat comb through your hair, straightening it much more effectively. I love love love this straightening brush! I have very wavy, coarse, curly, dry hair and after 10 minutes of using this brush my hair is silky, shiny and soft. the only tool i have found that makes my hair younger again. I can straighten and it lasts 3-4 days, usually with a little touch. Make sure it's fully heated and it won't disappoint.
