A very good travel mug for those looking for something other than stainless steel. It works great with hot liquids like coffee and leaves no aftertaste. You will not regret this choice. I definitely recommend it

Not sure if they should line up the lid with the line on the mug. IF YES, WHY IS THE HANDLE ON THE BACK OF THE MUG. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR A PERSON WITH A DISABLED USE. IF NOT STRUCTURED, THE LIQUID WILL LEAK. My mother drank everything. Luckily it wasn't a hot drink. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER THEY ARE DEFECTIVE.

This mug is a good idea. Because the lid is made of very, very thin plastic, all of the thermal properties of the mug itself are lost through the lid. The coffee didn't stay hot any longer than it would in a regular cup without a lid. The lid was very difficult to snap open because the hole you drank from wasn't cut all the way through. I would not recommend this mug/mug for hot or cold drinks.

This mug is great. Now the disabled person we bought it for can drink without a straw like before. The straw made him breathe too often. He likes the weight of this mug and the handle fits him even though he has big hands. It seems well insulated and the top is not easy to put on and take off so it MUST stay in place if it falls off. Our CNA nurse was so thrilled she let us order 2 more for her other elderly clients.

I like to have a cup of tea in the evening. Sometimes I casually knock a cup off the table and spill my tea. I bought an insulated Sammons mug and pipe lids and figured if I knocked it off the table there wouldn't be much spilled tea to clean up. The first time I tried using a cup with a snorkel lid, the tea dripped down the cup before I lifted the cup to my mouth. It doesn't work together. I'm not sure if the cup is really insulated. I have not checked whether this is the case. I will update…

I really like this product. I was looking for a weighted mug to put on the sofa with tea while I watch TV and work on my laptop. This meets all the requirements for the letter "t". The lid also helps keep things inside instead of spilling. A few notes. The drinking hole looks a bit unfinished, there is a small piece of plastic covering the hole. It seems that the product was not cut to the end when it was completed. It's okay, but it looks unprofessional. I wish there were more color options…

Well first of all the lid had a tear on the side so it doesn't fit as well and the tear will no doubt get worse with use until the lid is completely unusable. I'll try gluing it to see if it helps, but it probably won't. I couldn't find where to contact Revain about this so I'm just leaving a bad review instead.
