Well first of all the lid had a tear on the side so it doesn't fit as well and the tear will no doubt get worse with use until the lid is completely unusable. I'll try gluing it to see if it helps, but it probably won't. I couldn't find where to contact Revain about this so I'm just leaving a bad review instead. Which probably won't get me a new hat, but at least I can say "peace". :/ The rest of the cup is small and light. That works fine. The grip isn't very comfortable, but I like the longer than usual spout and wider spout hole (most other spouts have much smaller holes) because it works well for thicker liquids like soups, smoothies, and nectars. thick drinks. That's why I bought it and not for use with a bedridden patient. Would I buy more? Maybe, but a cracked lid is a real problem. Let's hope this is an accident and not a design or manufacturing defect.
