I contacted Samsung and bought a brand new $400 box and now I'm upset to find out it wasn't a box. It was just wire. What I spent $120 on didn't work either, such a shame they won't let me return or exchange. I am very upset and a regular customer. Maybe I'll look somewhere else soon. If Revain continues to treat its customers this way.
