Not sure if the hole diameter and pattern would match the Skil sander as there is no mention of it , but is an accurate substitute.

Fits like a glove on my Bosh sander, no need to listen to others about the softness. It is exactly the same as what was in stock. Try it, it's a quality replacement!

The pad is great but required a few thousand internal holes to be reamed to fit the bearing cap. It doesn't work at all without modification.

Aftermarket parts are sometimes great value or a real disappointment. These velcro replacement pads for my Bosch RO grinder fit perfectly, appear to be well made and have held up well so far. Time will tell how they hold up but my first impression is that they offer good value for money.

This backing pad fits my Bosch ROS20VS sander just like the one that came with the kit. Velcro strength is very good after about 4 hours of grinding. I find that using an air jet to remove dust from the sander and sandpaper between sanding wheel changes extends the life of both the backing plate and the sanding wheel.
