These face grinding discs easily attach and detach to a pad that remains in the drill or drill press. They do their job well and seem pretty solid.

Very useful for grinding and polishing small items. The velcro on the top of the tool could have been better and held the sandpaper a little tighter, but it worked for me when used with a Dremel.

They have been more useful to me than I expected. When I needed to sand some small boxes that were too big for my tiny belt sander, this came in really handy and I used it to sand in a fraction of the time it took me by hand. The grits are easy to swap out and get very fine, allowing you to achieve a very smooth finish. While you don't need to go much higher than 240 for wood, it's great to have all the super fine grits if you need to polish something.
