Great value for money, beautiful and durable!

I wanted two simple, small but roomy bookshelves for my daughter's playroom - something secure and low that she would never climb on. I got really frustrated when I checked because most children's bookshelves are too small and/or too expensive. Many of the bookshelves I looked at didn't get good reviews. I keep coming back to them and I'm glad I did! They are perfect for her playroom - they hold all my children's books AND her books and other stuff. I was surprised how much space I left! I'm…

Turn them in and buy an Ikea!

For the price and reviews, I had high hopes for these bookshelves. For reference, 2 bookshelves can hold about 200 children's books (anthologies, cardboard books, stories of different sizes). We use them in our 2.5 year old's bedroom so I didn't want to spend too much on something that will end up being donated or thrown in the trash. BUT I didn't expect the laminate to peel off after 5 minutes of assembly and there would be missing parts (pegs for shelves)! Also, I had to buy a small…

exactly what you are looking for

I am very happy with it. I'm a college student on a budget and have over 100 books in my current apartment. Armed only with a screwdriver and a hammer, I assembled these shelves in 20 minutes and - voila! The instructions were simple, sounded like they were actually written in English and not translated from Chinese by Google, and all the panels are coordinated. The shelves are deep so you can put extra books behind the front row if needed. While I wouldn't put this bookshelf by my bed without…

decent little informal bookshelf

I assembled them upside down (bottom shelf is completely off the floor) for stability so I can put my heavy books on top. This means that if you put multiple blocks side by side, the tops of each block will be slightly lower than the sides (which will be the legs if assembled correctly), meaning there isn't a long flat top, but I agree. . Prices for this unit fluctuate wildly. So if you are buying multiple units or are price sensitive, use camel, camel, camel, or another price tracking tool…

Perfect cheap bookshelf

We needed a simple little white bookshelf for our child's nursery. He would get stuck in the corner, so he didn't have to look fashionable or attract attention. He just had to fit all of her books and her two toy boxes. For some reason, I had a lot of trouble finding something under $100 that was the right size for our room and offered height-adjustable shelves (many children's books are too big for standard 12-inch cube shelves). Pretty much identical to those sold in stores like Walmart, this

Nice inexpensive bookcase

We bought this bookcase for our daughter's room when we couldn't find the same bookcase we bought from Target a few years ago. It is comparable to the Target Regal in size, price and quality. It was easy to collect. I was able to build it myself in about half an hour (while watching our two kids). Items were well packaged, no missing or damaged parts. In terms of quality, this is your go-to chipboard furniture. It doesn't have to be as durable as solid wood, but you don't pay as much as solid…
