My speakers have no holes

The number one feature I was looking for in speaker mounts was a mount that didn't require drilling the speakers. Because this mount attaches to the front and back, not the sides, no holes are needed! The mounting style seems very secure - I can bang my fist on the side of the speaker and it won't budge. You'll get to the latch you want, then swing to latch it). The instructions were simple but without IKEA style words. I was able to get this pictured KEF Q150, each weighing 12.5 poundsโ€ฆ

Great for those who don't want to drill holes in their new speakers.

The previous review mentioned that the rear screws on the rear clamp are not protected. They include a set of 6 thin strips that slide over the screw inlet behind the speaker for extra grip, but can actually act as a dent protector on the speaker. I didn't have to use screws as my speakers are 7lbs each but for heavier ones I would suggest to use these strips just above the screws. They stick to the mount pretty well, and if you want, a drop or two of Locktite will hold them in placeโ€ฆ

Quality Control Issue [UPDATED]

About an hour after installing with the brackets mounted to my wall, I proceeded to step 8 (see photo) where I inserted a set screw into the duct section. Inserted into the bracket, this section of duct holds your heavy, valuable speaker securely in place. That's how it should be. Only the factory forgot to drill holes for the adjusting screws. So here's my dilemma: thread those metric machine screws and hope for the best? Or should I cancel all my work Send them back to Revain and hope theโ€ฆ
