I like the security they provide for my organization's IT infrastructure!

I like that they provide both physical security as well as digital protection for my organization's network infrastructure which includes computers/laptops & mobile devices along with other IT equipment such as printers etcetera! They also offer 24x7 support via phone or email should any issues arise during business hours (or after). It would be nice if there were more options available when it comes time to renew your subscription - perhaps an annual option could exist? This has not really…

Security Works keeps me and my loved ones protected

I like how secure works handles their customers needs by adding new features which can be beneficial for both companies as well as consumers they are protecting with these devices or applications that keep us safe online when using social media platforms such as facebook etc., also very good at keeping up with what kind security flaws there could possibly be within any device being used today whether it's mobile phones tablets computers laptops desktops home automation systems anything you use…

Secureworks is great to use and has an excellent crew of staff

The security department at my previous employer used secureWorks for vulnerability assessments as well as penetration tests (which was really cool). They were always thorough with their reports; nothing seemed like it went unnoticed or unaddressed by them! I don't recall any particular issues using their products but maybe that's because they are so good? If you're looking into purchasing one these tools then make sure your research includes cost analysis too - not every product will have…

  • Their reporting capabilities seem quite robust from an initial glance, however more in depth understanding would require further study once we've started working within our own network environment to implement solutions such software / hardware updates etc

Great software/service but customer service needs improvement

The best part about Secureworks is when you get calls back within minutes and there's always someone at your disposal who has the answers to any questions you have. I think it would be great for them to provide more training so that less experienced employees could learn how to use their products. Also, when you call for support, it can take days or even weeks before you actually speak with anyone. It would be nice if you could talk to someone on the phone rather than waiting to talk to a…
