It was very easy to install and we LOVE the results

My husband and I bought this kit for a home improvement project on our back deck! It was very easy to install and we LOVE the results!

Wrong specifications best in handrail

Product OK. Adjusting the turnbuckle on the end post makes this an easy DIY project, but beware, the cable will NOT fit 1/8". If I had known, I would have bought the cable from a big store.

It is NOT 3.2mm (1/8 inch) as described.

The diameter of this cable is not 3.2 mm (1/8 inch) as described, but actually 3.0 mm. The 1/8 lag screws for the shaft will not hold this cable. I find it funny that they have a 'why choose us' image that shows 'OUR' product as 3.2mm and 'OTHER' as 3.0mm. This cannot be called delusion, it is a lie.

In the "Kit " there is only one cable, no accessories.

I ordered a Senkit 1/8 stainless steel cable set! The photo shows the equipment. And if it is listed as "kit" then I think the hardware will be included. The cable itself is NOT a kit! Can you explain why it doesn't say 'not included' in the description or pictures? The + sign on item numbers means "If you need more, you have to order that." VERY UNHAPPY!

Buy it now Spend your savings on the party your wife wants to throw

Disclaimer - this review will be copied/pasted to another Senmit item as the review reflects the entire railing system we use to reflect TL;DR - buy, save money, pat yourself on the back with tired hands. If I need cable railings in the future they will be used instead of a ridiculously expensive brand you see elsewhere (Feney, Atlantis etc etc). I can buy a decent used car with the money we saved on Senmit's stuff. Also, be prepared for all of your wife's friends to praise your big beautiful…
