Sensors are great when they work. However; During the day, the sensors switch constantly. After turning on for the programmed time, they turn off for about 3 seconds and turn on again. I don't save like that. The sensors are sensitive and pick up movement in the hallway at least 15 feet away.

I bought this item because I always had a light on in my garage. While most of the time it will detect when someone enters the garage, sometimes I can walk ten feet into the garage before it detects me. It also turns off the lights while I'm working in the garage because it's not sensitive enough to my movements. Not as reliable as I had hoped.

This is exactly what I wanted and expected. I hooked it up to the lights in the garage and now they turn on when I enter and turn off a few minutes after exiting. The sound sensor works great too. The light turns on and stays on as long as you make noise and/or move. The light no longer goes out while something is being worked on. The only downside is that changing the settings is not easy. There are a number of settings, but only one button and one LED for changing functions. It takes a while…
