game changer. a miracle sent down from heaven

I don't write reviews. This thing changed the rules of the game. Funny what I made up in my sleep a few weeks ago. Searched and bought on Revain. Genius. My wife can now walk my dog, push the stroller and run past the squirrel.

Now I can walk my two dogs together

I bought this for my precious but wild rescue 2 year old. Before this collar I couldn't walk them at all because of all the twitching, running around and jerking. With this collar I can now safely walk her and my 6 year old Beagle together. Definitely worth the purchase price!

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Very expensive

Battery drains immediately

Batteries are quickly empty. Replaced twice. Both times (no load on the collar) one of the batteries will drain almost immediately. I checked the voltage before and after to confirm this. I put them in correctly and can check the light. I can't even put it on a dog before the charge is gone. Could be a bad unit. I don't see this complaint from anyone else. I would have sent it back but the packaging didn't last.

Pros
  • Hands-free

  • Expensive

Not for smart dogs Suitable for collars, harnesses and leashes

I have a 20 month old Border Collie who is very strong and pulls dangerously when walking. It sounded like the perfect answer. I put her in a collar. The first time she pulled we heard a beep and she looked at me. When she pulled a second time we heard a beep and I saw that she was thinking about what was happening. Never again heard the beep on our walk. Why? Because she immediately figured out how to pull to the side so as not to buzz! I was unable to adjust the collar to work with her on a…

A world of difference!

Our 50 kg dog loves rabbits and doesn't like other dogs very much and she can surprise and blow us away. Of course it's scary and embarrassing! We've been trained, even one-on-one, and she'll do fine, but once she steps into her own territory. Forget it! We decided to try this collar. I think she was called two maybe three times and I don't think it has happened since. when she wears that collar, she doesn't even think about taking it off us. We could even stand and talk to the neighbors and…

Works great in collars, harnesses and leashes

Let me start by saying it DOES NOT hurt. I put it on myself for maximum power before putting it on my dog. It is uncomfortable but not painful; it was important to me. I saved my kid and he was abandoned so he had zero manners. He's smart and so cute and he's a good learner but leash training hasn't caught on. I tried different methods for over a year and no matter what I did, it pulled so hard it hurt. He's 70 pounds of muscle, so leash training was important. I bought it and it worked right…
