The best part of servsafe is that they have different certification levels as well so you can choose what level suits your needs, also if there are any new courses being released their staff will let us know which ones we should be taking advantage off! Nothing really but I think it's great how easy this program makes learning about safety procedures very simple for anyone who doesn't want all those details shoved in my face while working at restaurants or other places where cleanliness matters

Everything about this program is great! The instructors are experienced, knowledgeable & helpful when needed (even with questions from students). I especially love that they provide an online forum where you can ask any question or comment as long as it relates back to your class. There's no better way for someone on their own time without attending classes to learn something than by watching videos of those who have been there done that in person. And now we're taking our "training" seriously
