Works great but should have a logo choice

The only reason I gave it four stars is the lack of a GMC logo on the back. My original logo back panel was in good condition and matched the new front panel perfectly so it was an easy fix as you can see in the photos. Took about 3 minutes to put together and I'll pick it up again when this one wears out because it's cheap enough.

Top notch, not the flimsy rubber keyboard like factory

So I was disappointed when both my remote keyboard covers on my $80,000 Denali were torn after 3 years and they were $300 each. This was by far the best answer and it took me less than 10 minutes to change both. Worth the money, no questions asked. And save the factory and the logo stays put. Same for the key, leave the space on the replacement.

They're great - buy with confidence

I've seen someone complain about them being 'cheap plastic'. Yes, they are plastic, not rubber like the ones I replaced, although the surface has a texture that feels almost like a rubber material. After months of wear, the plastic top is still pristine, while the rubber is torn, dirty, and thinning. They are actually superior to the OEMs I've replaced and I would highly recommend them as a replacement.

Not sure? on Key Shells

The buttons on my remote control are almost completely worn out. I bought it to replace my remote control. At first I thought it was a good investment. However, the silver key fell out of the console itself twice on Saturday. No force is required to remove the silver key from the remote control. This is worrying because we would have gotten into a world of trouble and lost the remote control. We have to tow the car home. For this reason I cannot give more stars here.

Absolutely perfect replacement case

perfect exactly as described. The old gentlemen were worn out, all the buttons were simply worn out. This is actually nicer stuff than the original from the dealer! There's no Chevy symbol on the back - the back is blank - but if that's really important to you, you can just stick the new front to the old back. The old key fits here perfectly, no need to cut it off unless you're literally replacing a lost one, and if so it's probably not the right product for you because it's literally just a…

Better than the original

The original six-key button is covered with soft rubber. The rubber plate dissolves with use - in our case it took three years. Dealership replacements cost about $300 per key. This product is just a case, not including the smart chip and buttons inside. You have to skip that. It also includes a key blank that can be cut from an old key or reused. Like many other reviewers, we kept the logo on the back. The faceplate is an improvement over the original - it feels like rubber but is actually a…

Very disappointed. fits key inserts

I was looking to replace my 2015 Chevy Tahoe key fob without a key and thought I would get what is shown in the picture. A key element of the skin was not installed. There is a small spring in the locking mechanism to lock the key mechanism. You press a button and a button pops out. The spring is installed on this product in the Revain photos. It is not installed in the product that is shipped to your home. The lack of this one critical component makes the remote shell a waste of money. I tried
