Shiatsu neck and shoulder massager, very powerful and painful.

I bought this item because my knee is very tense. This condition was very painful. I found the shiatsu neck and shoulder massager very painful even on the lowest settings. I can't imagine anyone being able to withstand the intense pressure of kneading you. I have osteoporosis and I believe long term or first time use may cause a fracture. I hope you at least add a message warning people with problems to educate themselves and possibly consult a doctor before using. So, I've got a new Shiatsu…

Short handles but good deep massage

I ordered this massager as my second choice based on its rating but was the first Shihatsu massager I ordered (which had a higher rating but was $5 more cost), was broken for me. I'm glad this one works but the handles are shorter than the broken one. While the shorter handlebars make it a bit difficult for me to maneuver with my sore shoulder, I still feel good when I set them in the right places. I just received it but have been using it for 4 or 5 weeks now and it's AMAZING! It's good quality and it goes straight to the core of your muscles!
