You can close the hole!

Works well and has a powerful joystick. I also use mine for doorstops punching holes. You can spray paint before applying if you want a different color. I covered mine with wood grain contact paper and got decent results. Cheaper than replacing a door. This is the ideal size around 3 inches. I had a hard time finding this size in.

  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Exactly as advertised

I bought this item because the door from the garage to the laundry room keeps hitting a wall. I've repaired/repainted the hole many times but this continues. I ordered this item to cover the hole and protect in the future. I put up a shield and it never fell. The circle is quite large and massive and does exactly what it is supposed to. Problem solved.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Annoying

Doesn't stay in doorstops

They look good and I'm sure they would work great if they just stayed on the wall. Both fell off the walls where I placed them, leaving black mounting tape behind. To be honest I bought them to plug a hole in the wall after the carpet was installed when they removed the doorstop from the baseboard and the doorknob hit the wall. I think I'll still use them but need to find a better glue.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I'm silent

PERFECT ATTACHMENT - FURNITURE ACCESSORIES

This was the perfect attachment for our door knob hole in the wall. I don't want to go into detail by hiring a drywall, paint etc. At least for now it's covering the hole and looking freaking better than before! The only thing I couldn't figure out was why I had to buy two of these to get one. Luckily I don't have two holes in the walls! LAUGH OUT LOUD! But they're cheap, so it worked anyway.

Nice slim design.

Very thin profile. The plastic is a bit rough around the edges and there's only double-sided tape on the back, but it holds up well and does the job well. I was afraid that the hard drives would either be too small or too big. They are the perfect size I would say. You look good, very thin profile. I'm sure they could also be easily painted as they are NOT a slippery plastic, but rather a tough, inflexible type of plastic.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

They don't stick, don't sit flush against the wall and look cheap

I followed the instructions, cleaned the surface and dried it but they never stuck. The back is just cheap tape. Even if you want to glue them with another glue, they just look ugly. Maybe it's because they aren't entirely flat, which is why I get a shadow around the edges of the disc. I would have taken a picture but they fell off (again) and now they're gone. Very disappointing.

  • Always liked

Effective but has superglue in reserve

**Updated** Most shields fell off the door after a few months of use. So I had to glue them all back to the door with super glue. So yes. The shield is fine, but that glue isn't good. We have these hinged doorstops on almost every door in the house, which while useful, occasionally slip out of our hollow doors. So I bought these wall boards to patch and protect doors. Shields are effective and easy to use. My only complaint is that the glue is a bit nasty. Instead of one sticker covering the…

How to Make a Skylight Bedroom with Shelves

Here's an idea if you have a home with skylights large enough to serve as a temporary sleeping area for guests: Attach one of these Back panels on each side panel of the dormer, next to the entrance and about 6 feet off the ground so the two shields face each other directly. Then take a shower pole and hang it at the entrance of the skylight so that the ends of the pole rest against the two shields. Then hang the shower curtain on the rod. Voila - you have a tiny bedroom suitable for a crib or…
