Great for the price at this point - not exactly quiet - I put my foam in and it still sounds pretty loud. God, is the washer fluid moving? How long does it take? Let's see - stay tuned.

Great little pump easy to install provides enough fluid for 5 spray nozzles. The only downside is that it's very noisy for its size. I even isolated rubber mounts and it's still insanely loud, but for the price I can handle it.

The pre-installation check revealed water leaks around the base plate which is fixed with 4 screws. Not designed for continuous use, the motor housing heats up quickly after only 30-40 seconds of continuous use.

I was trying to hook it up to replace a dead factory washer pump on my old F350. It moves the liquid perfectly, but does not touch the constriction of the atomizer nozzle, the liquid only drips. It's just a cheap plastic gear pump and the tolerances are too tight to build pressure. This can work well if you only want to use it as a low pressure boost pump.

Engine ran but not pumping washer fluid, tried new hoses and hooked up hoses on both inlet and outlet as instructed on pump, heard the Engine is running Fluid still won't come out of the port, the washer fluid tank is full, I even tried swapping the wiring as before. My guess is that the motor isn't driving the impeller, send it back and try a different brand washer pump. PS: He drives an old Buick hearse.

I used this pump to replace the original pressure washer in my 1970's VW Beetle. Added a button on the dashboard and drilled a hole in the storage water tank cap. For best results, install a washer check valve on the outlet side of the pump, otherwise fluid will backflow into the tank, which will then take about a minute for the pump to pump fluid. I found one online for an Audi for about $6 that was the right size for the hose I was using.

When I ordered this pump, I didn't pay attention to the dimensions, but assumed that it was about the size of a Coca-Cola can. When it arrived I was very surprised as it is actually the size of a shot glass. I started to worry that it wouldn't work very well on my 85 K5 Blazer and I'd have to return it.
